Upon purchasing this puppy, the following terms have been agreed upon and discussed:

• This puppy is sold in a healthy condition.

• If the puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening congenital condition within the first year and dies, we will happily provide you with another puppy from the next litter. The buyer must have proof from a licensed veterinarian and the breeder must receive the written diagnosis within 72 hours.

• No refunds.

• Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the breeder on a replacement puppy.

 

This contract will become VOID if:

• The puppy or dog is bred.

• The puppy or dog is spayed or neutered before 18 months old.

 

Your puppy will undergo a vet examination at 6 weeks of age. A pet health certificate will be included in your package.
